When you use Resurgence Credit Restoration, we collect the information needed to provide your credit repair experience. This includes your name, email address, and membership details, along with the credit data you connect to the app — credit scores from Equifax, Experian and TransUnion, credit report items, disputes you file, and supporting documents you upload.

When you link a credit bureau account, we store the connection status and your bureau username so automated score imports can keep your information current. When you sync reminders to your calendar or receive score change alerts, we keep a record of those activities.

Payment information is handled by our payment processor — we never store your full card details on our servers.

We use your information to operate and improve the app: importing your credit scores, generating AI-drafted dispute letters tailored to your case, scheduling follow-up reminders, detecting significant score changes, and maintaining your membership.

We use your email address to send service-related messages such as renewal reminders, score alerts, and account notifications. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We share your information only with the service providers that power the app: our credit data provider (which retrieves your scores on your behalf when automated import is enabled), our payment processor for billing, and our email delivery service for notifications. Each provider processes your data solely to perform these functions.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our members.

Your data is stored with access controls that keep each member's records visible only to that member and to authorized administrators. Connections to the app are encrypted in transit.

We retain your credit data for as long as your account is active so your history, trends, and dispute records remain available to you. If you delete your account, your disputes, reminders, credit items, scores, financial snapshots, bureau links, and score alerts are permanently erased.

You can review, update, or remove your information at any time from within the app, and you can disconnect a linked bureau at any time to stop automated imports. You may also delete your account entirely from Settings, which permanently erases all of your stored data.
